Return & Replacement Policy - Alwayskart

At Alwayskart, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

We strictly follow a No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product

You received a defective product

You received the wrong item

3. Replacement Request Time

Customers must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery (from the exact time the package is delivered). Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Replacement Process

You must share:

Your Order ID

A clear, unedited unboxing video (Mandatory from start to finish)

Clear images of the product issue

Note: Without a proper and complete unboxing video, replacement requests will be strictly rejected.

5. Product Condition for Replacement

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, boxes, and accessories must be completely intact.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

A replacement will not be applicable or approved if:

The product is used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

The replacement request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

No clear unboxing video is provided.

The customer ordered the wrong product, size, color, or variant by mistake.

7. Replacement Delivery Time

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the replacement product will be processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days.

8. Cancellation & Advance Booking Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched/shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Important Note: If you have paid the ₹100 Advance Booking/Confirmation Charge and choose to cancel the order before dispatch, the order will be canceled, but the ₹100 charge will NOT be refunded, as it covers the immediate supplier booking and handling fees.
