Thank you for visiting and shopping at Alwayskart. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: We provide reliable shipping services across India. Delivery typically occurs within 5-9 business days after the order has been processed and shipped, with the exact timeframe dependent on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or communicated during your order confirmation.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally arise due to unforeseen courier issues, adverse weather conditions, or local restrictions.

3. Order Confirmation & Advance Booking Fee

• To mitigate fraudulent orders and ensure successful delivery, we may collect a ₹100 Advance Booking/Confirmation Charge prior to dispatching your order.

• Once this charge is paid and your order is confirmed with our supplier, the order will be processed immediately. As stipulated in our Terms of Service, this ₹100 charge is strictly non-refundable if you opt to cancel after supplier confirmation.

4. Shipment Tracking

• Upon handover of your order to our courier partner, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours, enabling you to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Damages & Wrong Address Disclaimer

• Alwayskart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit by the courier company. However, if you receive a damaged package, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy and provide a mandatory unboxing video within 48 hours so we can assist you with a replacement.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses, including the PIN code and an active mobile number. Alwayskart will not be responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
